Hibiscus the Purifier (Arknights), the future self of Hibiscus, like the other Incantation Medics, can unleash Originium Arts to attack enemies and heal her allies with her woodwind instrument-key hybrid-like Arts Unit.
Reed the Flame Shadow (Arknights), the past self of Loughshinny "Reed" Dublinn, like the other Incantation Medics, can unleash Originium Arts to attack enemies and heal her allies with her spear.
Louisa/Folinic (Arknights) can use her healing guns to fire medical reagents to heal her allies. They can also fire modified harmful toxins to attack her enemies when needed.
Hanatarō Yamada's (Bleach) Hisagomaru heals the wounds it touches, collecting it into the blade until it reaches maximum level, which then can be released in one massive injurious blast.
Tio (Konjiki no Gash!!/Zatch Bell!) summons a sword with Saifojio that heals and restores the heart energy of whomever it strikes.
Illyana Rasputina/Magik (Marvel Comics) can heal those she stabs with the Soulsword, if she chooses.
Angela "Mercy" Ziegler (Overwatch) has the Caduceus Staff, which unleashes a yellow stream to heal a teammate and/or a blue stream to strengthen a teammate, as her main weapon.
Scientist (Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare/Battle for Neighborville) can use his Goo Blaster to fire a Heal Beam of Science or Healing Hose to heal his allied zombies. He can also throw Sticky Explody Balls or Sticky Healy Thingies to heal his allies near the point of impact.
Zenowing/The Dino Charge Silver Ranger's (Power Rangers Dino Super Charge) Titano Saber can not only be used for combat, but also has the ability to heal injuries from life forms, including humans.
Gustav "Doc" Kateb (Rainbow Six) can use his MPD-0 Stim Pistol to fire a 1 mg dose of epinephrine in a saline solution to heal and/or even revive himself and/or his teammates from a distance. It can also provide a temporary boost of health to Doc or his teammates.
Mr. Ludwig/The Medic (Team Fortress 2) can repair anyone's physical condition with his Medi Gun. He can also activate the Medi Gun's ÜberCharge to grant himself and his patient 8 seconds of guaranteed invulnerability.
