Capabilities
The user can cause the hearts of others to instantly stop, effectively killing them. Though the victim may be revived, they may suffer brain damage as a result if they go too long without blood/oxygen being pumped into their brain.

- May have limited range, including touch only.
- Completely useless against those who have no heart.
- Users of Multiple Hearts and Strong Heart can resist this power.
- May only apply to organic hearts, making users of Artificial Heart immune to the user.
- Users of Regenerative Healing Factor can repair themselves from any damage caused to them.
- Can be countered by Heart Restarting.
