The power to cause the hearts of others to stop. A sub-power of Cardiology Manipulation. Opposite to Heart Restarting.

Capabilities

The user can cause the hearts of others to instantly stop, effectively killing them. Though the victim may be revived, they may suffer brain damage as a result if they go too long without blood/oxygen being pumped into their brain.

Users of 2nd Heart and Strong Heart can resist this power.
May only apply to organic hearts, making users of Artificial Heart immune to the user.
Users of Regenerative Healing Factor can repair themselves from any damage caused to them.
