Heart Transplant
Believing that he would not live to see his plans come to fruition, Master Xehanort (Kingdom Hearts) used his keyblade to transfer his own heart into Terra's body, claiming it for his own. He later split his heart into multiple pieces to repeat the process with other vessels.

Capabilities

User is able to transfer the heart of a target into another. This could be seen as literal, surgically transplanting the organ into another person, or this could be done metaphorically, allowing the heart's original owner to possess their new vessels.
