The user can infuse objects (usually a weapon), beings or powers with heat, empowering and energizing them and allowing the user to manipulate their qualities and efficiency.

Using the Extreme Environment Batsuit, Batman (Batman: Arkham Origins) can infuse his Batarangs with heat, as well as use the suit's Thermal Gloves to add heat to his punches.
Nuova Shenron (Dragon Ball GT) uses his Nouva Break attack, a heat-infused punch capable of piercing rock...
...and uses his Heat Armor to infuse his entire body with heat as both an offensive and defensive attack.
After his death and resurrection, James "Logan" Howlett/Wolverine (Marvel Comics) gained the power to infuse his claws with heat.
Shura (One Piece) infuses the heat generated from the Heat Dial with the lance it's contained inside of. When the dial is activated, anything that Shura stabs will set on fire.
Charlotte Oven (One Piece) uses his Heat-Heat Fruit/Netsu Netsu no Mi powers to superheat his Naginata.
