Capabilities[]

The user can control the heavens and everything within, including the divine entities and angelic beings that may reside there. Heaven is often depicted as the pinnacle of perfection and the ultimate reward for good souls in the Afterlife. Those who can manipulate it can let anyone into heaven including themselves no matter what they've done in life in effect achieving a Karma Houdini, this also extends to people who are already in Hell.
