The user can create and/or transform people into superheroes. With this power, the user can give birth or rise to superheroes from their imagination and bestow them with any kind of and number of powers, skill, gadgets, costumes and more. This also affects real people by turning them into superheroes, giving them the attributes that have been said and can even change the personalities of these people.
