The user transcends all extensions of hierarchies/echelons, Systems in which groups are ranked one above the other according to status or authority no matter the size, scope or if they’re physical, conceptual, social, etc.
The user will be above the entire power structure itself of whatever the hierarchy consists of such as gods, cosmic entities, and metaphysical beings. Users could also transcend the hierarchy/echelon of entire worlds on whatever scale be it universal, multiversal, or even omniversal and beyond.
The end result will be the user becoming a unique, independent and free being with power greatly succeeding the entire power structure.

Yogiri Takatou (Instant Death) stands beyond the conceptual hierarchy of heavenly records/The Sea, and the endless hierarchy of higher-level continuums that resides beyond The Sea, where lower-dimensional spaces are embedded within higher-dimensional ones.
The Luminous Being (Forgotten Realms) can place himself as innaccesble from endless hierarchy of the Far Realm and it's inhabitents.
Akuto Sai (Demon King Daimao) can become one with the Anti-Universe, a realm existing beyond an infinite hierarchy of stories within stories.
The Law of Identity (Demon King Daimao) created the Anti-Universe and it's infinite reality-fiction layers after Keena perfomed the Contract of the One with Akuto Sai.
Gan (The Dark Tower) is completely ascendent of the echelon of The Dark Tower, such structure comprised of infinite layers or "steps", where a single atom contains an entire universe which in turn contains an infinity of other universes which also continue this chain for eternity. It has been stated that an entire universe in one step can be contained within a single atom of a blade of grass in the step above, with this same step having an infinite multiverse which is itself contained within a grain of sand in the next step, and so on and so forth ad-infinitum, even includes it's beyond-dimensional realm that Pennywise and Maturin reside in.
The Other Gods (Cthulhu Mythos) reside in the outer void, a space of pure nothingness and chaos that transcends all conceptions of being, size and boundaries, as the genuine and ultimate "absolute infinity" beyond the mathematics of any conceivable cosmos, of which all of existence is nothing but an atom, as it is unreachably beyond a world of pure dreams residing beyond the reach of a vast hierarchy of "limitless vacua beyond all thought and entity" that correspond to increasingly deeper and more abstract perceptions of infinity in a world of pure dreams that lies completely beyond infinite-dimensional spacetime, all objects corresponding to that dimensionality are merely infinitesimal cross-sections of objects in the next dimension up, and this chain goes upwards to "archetypal infinity". These infinite-dimensional universes in and of themselves are merely atoms in a greater cosmos, which makes up one higher level in a fractal of realities.
Andrew Hussie (Homestuck) Created the main Story of Homestuck including the Furthest Ring, which is the "default reality" and an all-encompassing nothingness, which include an infinite hierarchy of creators, with each layer being infinitely greater than the one before.
The Goddess of The Manifold (Manifoldverse) subsumes a hierarchy of an endless recursion of greater manifolds representing Woodin Cardinals, one of which where The Old Ones/The Downstreamers inhabit.
The Supernormal State (SCP Foundation Chinese Branch) is an unfathomable state that resides in the Mogami Narrative, a real timeline beyond all extensions of the boundless hierarchy of the Superstructure, filled with endless narrative echelons/hierarchies with each echelon viewing the one below as more than uncountably infinite inferior with no end.

Sam Howell/SCP-3812 - A Voice Behind Me (SCP Foundation) is able to transcend the infinite echelon of the narrative stack, allowing him to defeat anyone and after superseding all of it, he will be beyond anyone/anything.
The White Light (Transrealist) represents all sets and all orders of infinity represented by the layers of reality comprising the hierarchy of Mount On.

God (Unsong) also represents the absolute infinite and is unreachable by the neverending hierarchy of infinities while transcending the very concept of infinity, with all hierarchies ending in God by neccessity.
The Leviathan (The Unwritten) Exists beyond the hierarchy of worlds with everything being nothing but something like a dream compared to the Leviathan. It is an endless hierarchy of stories, with no top or bottom and where a world on a lower layer is fictional to the world above it.
