The power to become stronger while 'high' on intoxicating substances (drugs, chemicals, etc.). A sub-power of Intoxication Embodiment. Not to be confused with Alcohol Empowerment.

Capabilities

The users of this power can become stronger with the mental, emotional, supernatural and physical 'high' the user receives while on a certain substance. The high can dangerously increase the user's physical condition to become incredibly strong, quick, agile and even increase the user's cellular regeneration speeds.

User who is emotionally 'high' can experience a sense of relaxation, may have a different personality or the user may become very excited or hyperactive. A user whose mental state is affected by the 'high' may gain increased intellect and senses or may enable them to see things they weren't able to see in a 'normal' state. A user whose superpowers are affected by the 'high' will have their powers are drastically augmented.

The user may gradually lose control over their superpower the more 'high' they become.
The user may become addicted to the substance they are using.
The user may be susceptible to overdosing on the substance they are using which may severely impair or even kill them.
