As long as the nucleus in his head is intact, Cell (Dragon Ball series) can recover after every near fatal experience. And thanks to the Saiyan cells inside him, he possesses access to the Saiyan exclusive gene, Zenkai, allowing him to increase his already destructive power, becoming Super Perfect Cell.
