The ability to steal the identity of another person. Sub-power of Identity Manipulation.
Capabilities
The user can steal someone else's identity, become that person, discarding their former one or giving it away to another. The theft can range from the targets records to that persons entire existence, gaining access to targets assets and replacing that person from the memories of their friends and family. The user may gain the persons appearance and/or abilities in the process.
