Touki weapons (Twelve Kingdoms) have the ability to slay Immortals/Sennin due to spells cast on them.

Due to his Absolute Swordsmanship, Juuzou Shishimi (UQ Holder) is the only known being capable of bypassing Karin Yuuki's immortality, allowing him to harm and potentially kill her.
