Capabilities[]
The user can create, shape and manipulate incandescence, the property of a body emitting electromagnetic radiation (including visible light and infrared) due to high temperatures. When certain solid materials are heated to a particular level, the atoms become kinetically excited, causing them to release photons as a form of stabilization. The greater the energy, the brighter the material becomes. This property occurs through both natural and artificial means. Natural sources include fire, lava and even celestial bodies like the stars and Sun. Artificial sources include incandescent light bulbs (electricity heating filaments), burning coal or simply lighting candles.
Users of this power can control the nature of incandescence, including its source, intensity and even what it affects.
