The user overrides any object, concept or physical force that they are unable to understand, either by destroying them, disintegrating them, or simply making them not work. The range of this depends; could affect only the user in question, the area or even the entire universe.
Notably for this power to work, the user must not ignore things, but must be aware of them and not be able (or not wanting) to understand them.
