After seeing his mentor die right in front of him protecting him, Adonis (Kingdom Of Ruin) is filled for hate for humanity that he'll spare nobody while he was on his rampage after being free from prison.

Due to being sexually and physically abused by his party, Keyaru (Redo Of Healer) made it his life mission to make the people who ruin his life a living hell, even going back in time right before he became a healer to prepare and get his vengeance on everyone that scorned him.

Yunseong Lee (Juvenile Offender) sought revenge against the bullies who ruined his life and killed his family. He has a tattoo for each one to represent them.

Due to her mental breakdown, her sister abandoning her, and Silco telling her that she’s perfect as she is, Jinx (Arcane) grew to have an immensely strong hatred towards her sister Vi and all of Piltover to the point of having to shoot her rocket launcher at the Piltover Council building.

Colonel H. Stinkmeaner (The Boondocks) can be easily described as one the evilest human beings who ever lived, having greatly hated everything and everyone. While he was given a three-year expectancy to live after being diagnosed with cancer, it is implied that it was his love of hatred that kept him alive to old age.

The Hateocracy (The Boondocks) are gang of elderly, nasty, self-hating racist bigots who hate everything and everyone, going to great lengths to ruin people's lives simply because it's what they like to do.

Turbo K.O. (OK K.O.! Let's Be Heroes) is the form K.O. takes whenever he gets the feeling of being weak and powerless, becoming driven only by intense rage, frustration, violence and hatred, to the point of his alter ego completely taking over and going on a rampage.

Joe Dalton (The Daltons) has an undying hatred for his archenemies Lucky Luke that just seeing him or someone that looks and dresses like him was able to snap him out of his depression and try to attack Lucky.

Eric Cartman and Kyle Broflovski's (South Park) hatred for each other is near infinite with Cartman's hatred for Kyle going from being Anti-Semeitic to Kyle, giving him AIDS at one point, and Kyle's hatred for Cartman is to the point where when Cartman bought a whole Amusement Park, he started to literally give up on life and religion, and only got better after Cartman lost the park.

Even with different incarnations of his story, David Hyde/Black Manta (DC Comics) has a distain hatred for Aquaman to the point that when he slaughtered multiple people and came out of retirement after hearing he was alive, willing to burn anything, and anyone involved with Aquaman.

Due to his experiences in World War II and experiencing the way mutants were persecuted against, Erik Lensherr/Magneto (Marvel Comics) has intense hatred for humanity and is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure that Mutants replace them as the dominant species on Earth.

Doctor Victor Von Doom (Marvel Comics) is hatefully obsessed with his rival and former colleague Reed Richards with his obsession to prove himself Reed's superior driving to kill himself so long as Mister Fantastic dies with him.

William Stryker (Marvel Comics) has a such distain and hatred for mutants that he killed his wife and son for birthing a "monster" and creating a hate group for mutants called The Purifiers to commit hate crimes against any and all mutants they could find, at one point murdering two children and then hanging their corpses on a swing after murdering their parents.

Thaddeus "Thunderbolt" Ross (Marvel Comics) has a massive distain for Bruce Banner/The Hulk, wanting to hunt him down and use his power for militaristic purposes, even working with the Intellagencia and turning into Red Hulk himself to kill him.

Erik Killmonger (Marvel Cinematic Universe) hates the world and mainly everyone in it, leading him to be willing to wage war on the entire world out of spite. As Okoye puts it, his heart is full of hatred.

Zen-Aku (Power Rangers Wild Force) has always had a deep but blinded hatred for the Power Ranger that he vows to destroy them all.

Goro Akechi (Persona 5) has intense hatred for Joker, mostly stemming for pure envy as he has "everything" and was popular, and Joker having everything that Akechi lacked.

After losing her family to Thomas Wayne, and being abused by her adopted Vale family, Lady Arkham (Telltale Batman Series) pure hatred of Bruce Wayne and the corruption of Gotham is what fueled her, making her start a terrorist group and setting up many things in motion, including Harvey Dent's descent into Two-Face.
