The user possesses indomitably strong humility, a noble and virtuous emotion that brings out the user's modesty and sense of selflessness, their sheer humbleness always sees a low view of one's own importance and unwillingness to put oneself forward because they always think of others first, always putting narcissism and hubris to shame because they never put their self-regard first and always think of the wellbeing of others always. Additionally, being unburdened by ego can prevent them from becoming insecure or low self-esteem, providing them balanced view of their own self-worth and how best they can apply themselves.

...He doesn't use his gifts to make others feel small and worthless, he simply uses them to show people how to make the best of themselves.

Indigo Lanterns (DC Comics)

While being one of the strongest mortals in the entire multiverse, possessing power on par of some higher-ranked deities while being close friends with them, and having defeated cosmic threats like Frieza, Majin Buu, and Moro, Son Goku (Dragon Ball series) does not care for fame or status or even see himself as a true hero, just as a man who simply enjoys a great fight.

Despite being a Super Soldier, War Hero, and near mythical figure amongst both allies and enemies, Master Chief Petty Officer John 117 (Halo) does not care for any of that and always sees himself as "just a soldier doing his duty".

Despite being born a transcendent devil, Sirzechs Lucifer (Highschool DxD) is one of the humblest Devils to have ever lived.

One of the many things that makes Optimus Prime (Transformers) a true leader and beacon of goodness is his absolute lack of hubris, his inability to place his life, his worth above any of his fellow Autobots, or in fact any other lifeforms. For all his great deeds and accomplishments, Optimus doesn't care about fame and only wishes to protect the innocent.
