Limitations
- Cannot cause the target go into state that it couldn't go by itself, ie. no emotions for objects.
- Repeated uses of this power may cause more permanent and/or unwanted effects on the target.
- Although extremely powerful, the inductions remain short-lived, unless the result is instant and irreversible (ie, death, destruction, etc.)
- User can only cause the inductions, not manipulate them.
