Capabilities

The user can trap any and/or all current information into a specific place, item or being, preventing that information from being accessed/possessed by anything/anyone else. Any information that has been lost; destroyed or erased, so that it no longer exists, cannot be trapped this way.

Information in this case does not just refer to knowledge, but also the facts of something’s existence; as something that is never perceived by a conscious mind will still exist, as does its information, such as atomic structure, world line, mechanics, location, etc.

In much the same way trapping someone’s knowledge would cause them to no longer have access to/possess it, trapping information would stop things having access to/possessing it, such as the information a molecule possesses of how it forms/connects/bonds; potentially causing it to break down and fall apart. If this occurs, it may reform once the information is released.
