The user has or develops the inner sight, a mystical, esoteric, spiritual and mental ability that allows users to perceive beyond the ordinary senses, gaining insight into hidden truths, future events, or deeper aspects of reality as it grants a deeper level of perception and understanding that goes beyond the material world. The inner sight can take in various forms as users abilities develop like seeing through illusions, perceiving the true nature of others, or receiving visions of the future.
In various spiritual and esoteric practices, the Inner Sight is linked to the concept of the "third eye," or the "mind’s eye" which is believed to be a gateway to higher consciousness and spiritual awareness. Activating the inner sight can enable someone to see things that are not visible to the ordinary senses, such as auras, spiritual entities, the underlying energies of the universe and even out-of-body experiences.
In Hinduism, the "third eye" refers to the ajna or sixth chakra, symbolizing enlightenment and spiritual insight, located near the forehead's center. In Theosophy, it's believed to be linked to the pineal gland, which was once a physical third eye in ancient humans. Dr. Rick Strassman hypothesized that the pineal gland produces DMT (dimethyltryptamine), a compound possibly released during birth and death, influencing spiritual experiences.
