The ability to have or create an inner world, in one's mind and soul. Variation of Alternate Universe Creation, Dimension Creation, and Personal Domain.

Capabilities

Users are able to create inner worlds within their own minds and souls, that they are able to manipulate in any way they want: they can control time, space, reality, gravity, weather, and anything they can think of. Users may even have a nexus or matrix within their world.

Some users may be able to bring themselves and others into their inner world and high level users can even bring something from inside their inner world to the physical realm.

Dimensional Manipulation: Users are able to control the dimensions of their world.
Personal Domain Creation: Users are able to control the Domain in their world
Reality Warping: Users are able to warp the reality of their world.
Sentient Power : Users may have sentient beings within their inner world.
Space-Time Manipulation: Users are able to control space and time in their world.
Weather Manipulation: Users are able to warp the weather in their world.

Users may need to meditate or be asleep to go into their inner world.
Users may need to imagine what they want in their world.
Emotions can effect user's inner world.
