Users of this ability can either mimic the traits of a Jakotsu Baba or are one, a Jakotsu Baba is a type of yokai-hag from Japanese folklore that took the form of a hideous old woman surrounded by snakes, often with a blue snake in her right hand and a red snake in her left.

While very mysterious a Jakotsu Baba was known for being very territorial and would attack any who ventured too close to their home via their snakes, usually they aimed to frighten intruders away rather than harm them but as with all yokai they were considered best left alone when possible.
