Capabilities

The user can grant enhanced jumping to oneself or others, gaining access either from within or from an outside source. While not accessing this power, their abilities and attributes are normally placed into a dormant state, allowing them to blend in easily with normal society without accidentally performing advanced or supernatural feats.
