The user can make oneself understood to all who hear their voice, regardless of which language they are actually speaking, and on a basic level, understand them regardless of which language the latter uses.

Unlike true Omnilingualism, in which the user must speak a different language to be understood, this power allows them to use their own language while being able to communicate with others who speak and understand their own language.
