User with this ability either is or can transform into an longma (literally, dragon horse), a winged horse with dragon scales in Chinese mythology. It has a horse's body, dragon scales, mane resembled that of a dragon, wings at its sides and double-pupil eyes (indicating insight). It's neighing sounds like a flute, walks upon the water and gives off light, beautiful vapors, and clouds.
Seeing a longma was an omen of a legendary sage-ruler, particularly one of the Three Sovereigns and Five Emperors.
