The Holy Grail (Once Upon a Time) is a powerful artifact that bestows great magical power to those who drink from it, as it did for Merlin and Nimue.

Capabilities

The user can give magic to others, either permanently or temporarily. Magical abilities varies by offensive, defensive, and supportive magic.

• Ability Recharging - Refilling the target's magic capacity

• Power Bestowal - Base power. Allows the user to bestow magic onto said targets.

The Genie (Aladdin) can bestow magical power to anyone should his master wish it...

...such as when Jafar used his second wish to become the most powerful sorcerer in the world...

...and then used his last wish to become an all-powerful genie himself.

Like his cousin Elena, after Esteban (Elena of Avalor) fell into Takaina, The Well of Crystals. He came out a magician and his simple wooden walking stick became an enchanted metal magic staff, which he primary used for Teleportation. He could also extend his abilities beyond teleporting himself to remotely teleport objects/people, locate someone, and using a beam of magic to grab objects.

Being the only thing that can kill the Dark One, the Dark One's Dagger (Once Upon a Time) bestows the curse of the Dark One onto the user upon its use, including all of the powers that comes with it.

The Darkness (Skylanders) can bestow powerful dark magic to its followers.

Garnet (Steven Universe) can temporarily grant others future vision through a kiss.

After he and his brother created the original Humanity, the God of Darkness (RWBY) bestowed upon them the ability to use magic.

Solaria Butterfly (Star vs. the Forces of Evil) invented the "Solarian Metamorphosis" ritual to transform an army of Mewman peasants into "Solarian Warriors" imbued with magic.

Titans (The Owl House) are able to give their magical power to someone, as King's father did with Luz.
