Capabilities

The user possesses the ability to create entirely new forms of magic or the magic itself, including the crafting and design of its rules, limitations, maximum potentials, taboos, and all other aspects required for the newly created form of magic. This can involve refining and modifying existing magic or inventing an entirely novel kind that never existed before. They also hold the capability to revoke the magic they've crafted from others if they perceive it being misused.
