Users can be a dark lord with the power and authority to rule, enforce orders and laws, make any decisions at their will with dominion of dark forces, as they can’t be disobeyed from other malefic entities under them, as well as other entities of varying species under them depending on the strength and power of the user.
Pinnacle and higher-level users of this power can give limited/varying degrees of authority to their subjects by elevating their hierarchy status, said dominions can be rule over many variants of malefic entities such as monstrous, eldritch, &/or demonic domains/entities.
