- "To not have even one milligram of useless muscle, it's the penultimate concentration of muscles!"
- ― Description of Akisame's physical condition (Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple)
The power to exert 100% of the body's muscular strength, maximizing the user's overall physical strength. Sub-power of Body Supremacy, Muscle Manipulation, and Maximum Bodily Capacity. Physical counterpart of Maximum Brain Capacity. Variation of Limiter Removal.
Also Called[]
- 100%/Maximum/Uninhibited Muscle Access/Usage
- Peak Human Muscle Usage
- Uninhibited Muscle Power
- 100% Muscle Supremacy
Capabilities[]
Users can exert 100% of the body's muscular strength, maximizing the capacity, while under normal conditions, most humans can only exert around 65%.
Application[]
- Motion Unleashing - Possible
- Non-Relative Strength
- Peak Human to possible Enhanced Strength - Compared to others.
- Peah Human Speed
Technique[]
Levels[]
- Maximum Muscle Usage
- Enhanced Muscle Usage
- Supernatural Muscle Usage
Associations[]
Limitations[]
- Likely needs the necessary durability to effectively use it or at least rigide muscles.
- With extended and careless use, maximally employing one's muscles may eventually damage and deteriorate the musculoskeletal system from the sheer pressure exerted by their muscular output.
- May accelerate lactic acid build-up/energy consumption, tiring the user faster.

Trivia[]
- 100% muscle usage is different from peak human strength in that it has little relation to actual muscle mass. While having denser muscle mass does increase one's overall strength, someone of average physical strength who uses 100% of their muscular capability may be capable of overpowering someone with Peak Human Strength (who would be using the normal percentage).
- In some verses, using 100% of one's muscular strength can increase one's physical capabilities tenfold, but at the same time, it could cost a person their life.
