Capabilities

The user can implant memories into the minds of others, which can either be the memories of others, or false memories manufactured by the user. They can completely re-write a person's memories to change their personalities, knowledge, self-identifications, etc.

Personality Alteration/Personality Rewrite By completely re-writing memories.

Limitations

Mental Healing can reverse the effects.
If Memory Erasure is not used, the affected one may be able to differentiate between what is false and what is true.
If the target has a powerful mind, they may recover their true memories eventually.
