The power to overwrite memories in others' minds. Sub-power of Memory Manipulation.

Capabilities

User can completely overwrite the memories of others, either with their own memories or someone else's. This can be either permanent or temporary depending on the user's skill.

Limitations

Users of Psychic Shield (highly resistant) and Psychic Immunity (impervious).
Memory Restoration can rearrange the memories to the way they were.
- The mixed memories may be confusing to the target.
