After being reanimated by eldritch sources, the Fork Maidens (New Blood Interactive's DUSK) all have horrific appearances, in addition to having sharp teeth, and as well as their eerie remarks towards their opponents and/or victims.

Due to being mutilated and altered extensively throughout their suffering, the failed and former intruders known as the Horrors (New Blood Interactive's DUSK) are so hideously scary, more so than the Fork Maidens and Wendigoes combined.

While he may have been empowered by Nyarlathotep to be really powerful, the only price that Jakob/Cult Leader (New Blood Interactive's DUSK) had to go through is to have not only the cult symbol embedded into his forehead, but also having his facial appearance mutilated to the point of having his eyelids removed, and his eyeballs nearly out of his sockets, giving him a disturbing appearance.

Once their invisibility was dropped from hurting/injuring them, the Wendigoes (New Blood Interactive's DUSK) have a horrific, carcass-like appearance.
