The users of this power can create all sorts of hallucinations that can cause the victims to be distracted and even go insane from the wild sensation. The user if using drugs for this purpose can cause hallucinations in the brain while causing it to be poisoned and killing the victim. The stronger technique the user can even use with this power is to cause the victim's psyche or mental state to increase drastically that goes beyond the limits of a normal persons brain and causes it to collapse or even explode and killing the person.
