Because the power of the Known Users isn't "Can destroy mountains", the power does a lot more than that and destroying a mountain isn't the power but rather something one could do WITH the power at play. If the user's power was to, say, touch a mountain and cause it crumble (but only mountains were so harmed) then there'd be an argument for this to be a power on it's own.
This page is a lot like adding "Car Destruction" and adding Godzilla and The Hulk as Known Users. Yes, they can do that, but that's not really a separate or unique power. It's something they can do as a result of something else.
Then if thats the case then why are there powers like Building Destruction, Island Destruction, Continent destruction just to name a few. You could even add in stuff like Planet Destruction and Universe Destruction as well. I base it on this the user has a specific way to destroy a mountain. The power also could go along with the levels of destruction as seen with the Island Destruction page and the Continent Destruction page.
Because there are 13k pages on this wiki and we don't always catch all of them. Just because there's infringing pages elsewhere doesn't mean we should have more infringing pages. I can double check with the other staff on this issue if you're really unsure and want it challenged, but it seems more likely to me that those other pages are just also Candidate for Deletion.
No I dont have a problem with those pages because if your going to pages that talk about creation then I think its only fair to have a page talking about the destruction aspect of that said power. For example, Planetary Creation and Planet Destruction.
Oh, your prior message didn't appear before my second one.
For things like Planetary Creation, that's fine so long as a character's power is specifically the ability to make a planet, and similarly the power to destroy a planet specifically is fine so long as that's specifically what that power does. Otherwise we invite people making power for X Destruction and X Creation, where X is literally anything that can be destroyed or created.
