Capabilities

User has scientific powers which transcends the rules under which they operate, making them either the exceptions to those rules or beyond them all together and granting them total dominion over the cause and effect to the rules of science by their source. They are able to make/modify the rules, allowing them to alter or ignore the conditions and limitations of the scientific systems, which can lead them down the path beyond science itself.
