The power to control the willpower of people with one's mind. Also known as Manipulative Hypnosis or Pushing (as the user "pushes" their thoughts into another person's mind). This power can also stem from Telepathy.
Capability
The user can control all others. The subjects are rendered into a semi-conscious state and are completely subjected to the hypnotizer’s mental impulses. However, middle level users can get their "slaves" to act completely civil. The subjects somewhat treat the hypnotizer like their "master". Once freed from the mental prison, subjects may have a hard time remembering what happened.
Associations
Usually accompanies Telepathy.
Limits
Overpowering of the mind persuasion may cause users to retain a minor headache. *Over exemplifying the power on a myriad of subjects, exerts an increase of exhaustion to the users.
Techniques
Most can perform:
“mesmerization”: to captivate others by a certain action.
"hypnotic charm": to cause others to follow oneself. The target’s discipline is altered, however the emotions won’t change.
"hypnotic trance" :to put people in a zombie-like state/trance where they are completely obedient to your will until the hypnosis wears off. *"push": to 'push' thoughts into a person's mind, making them think that it is their own thought, and doing it like they would normally act upon thinking that action.
Real world application
In the real world hypnotists can Hypnotize people. Though they cannot force someone to do anything they do not want to do, through skillful manipulation you can make it seem like they are doing what they want to do, such as making someone rob a store thinking that they are sneaking into an ex-girlfriends house taking back things you gave her and she wouldn't let you have back.
