Capabilities

The user can transform into different kinds of mons, whether partially or completely, as well as use the abilities, traits and appearance/physiology of mons by rearranging their own DNA structure. Users may be able to transform into mons they have never encountered. They are able to transform into mons that exist, alien mons and/or mons that are extinct,

User may have this ability from an empty genetic code, allowing them to accept any form from which they have a DNA sample, others may be able to alter their form mentally and change just by seeing and mimicking mon features.

Some user may have special tool or devices connected and/or infusion with mons and use it as a way to transform into mons.
