Capabilities[]
The user retains their ability to move even when they are impaired, altered or otherwise supposed to be rendered unable to move. They can have their mass, shape, size, weight, bodily forces and other factors that affect movement not affect their movement, such as being turned paper thin, or not be able to have disabilities or completed transformations change one's motion capabilities.
