Capabilities

User exists outside of magic/the concept of magic, and as such are immune to just about anything that might affect or harm them. This makes them not only immune to magic and its effects, such as if magic disappeared from existence or was destroyed they would still be able to use it or even remain being made of magic instead of fading into nothingness. Some users can potentially even affect the source of magic by ignoring its loss.

Unlike transcendence. User doesn't simply transcend the rules of magic, rather they are outside of it entirely, including rules, weaknessness/limitations, the lack of it, the existence of it, the forms and concepts that make it up, detected/tracked by it, etc. They can even ignore having their magic bypassed or defeated.
