Mannimarco (The Elder Scrolls series) was so powerful in his necromancy that, as the first lich, he even created the Worm Thrall spell, which can turn a living person into a member of the undead under his thrall.
Power/Ability to:	Transform convert a victim's species or type of being via magic.

The God Hand (Berserk) can transform humans who bear Behelits and reach their lowest point of despair into demons called Apostles via a ceremony that requires the sacrifice of that which the human holds most dear to their heart.

Apostles (Berserk) can also turn humans into demons through infesting them with their demonic essence or infusing them with demonic power, turning them into Apostle Spawn. Mozgus, pictured above, is a particularly powerful Apostle Spawn.
