The user, either innately or through training, is a master of negotiations, persuasion, and diplomacy, able to find an acceptable solution to a complicated conflict between two or more parties. Users have a mastery of the associated negotiation skills, speech and body language, expertly sending all the right signals, granting them major leverage in any negotiation situation and allowing the user to easily to be successful in any negotiation regardless of who they exert these talents on.

Using this ability, the user can develop clout and influence very quickly and easily, and perform feats such as always making the right choice when it comes to forming diplomatic relationships and solutions.  The user is infallibly persuasive. Able to bring anyone to understand and feel for their viewpoint.
