Capabilities
The user has complete control over the nerves and nervous system of oneself and others, allowing them to freely alter and manipulate them. At the most basic level, the nervous system coordinates the voluntary and involuntary actions of the animal and transmits signals between different parts of its body.
The user can generate/regenerate, manipulate, shape, etc, the nerves/nervous system, nerve cells, nerve impulses and messages, including senses, reflexes, functionally the whole voluntary/involuntary movement, causing/increasing/removing nerve ailments, etc.

Yukishiro Enishi (Rurouni Kenshin) has enhanced nerves due to his hatred prevented his brain from resting, growing over the past 15 years.
Because of his, Enishi is granted the Frenzied Nerves, which enhances his reaction time, drastically increasing his strength, speed and senses.
The Watcher (Heroes) is able to use his Nerve Manipulation to halt the nerve impulses to and from the sensory branch of the nervous system, effectively making himself invisible.
