Capabilities

The user wields supreme power, but they have some form of limitation/weakness that limits them from becoming truly omnipotent. They may be absolute in specific fields or may achieve an almost infinite number of effects across all fields with their near-omnipotent skills.

Despite being limited, the user still possesses an unimaginable level of power at their will. Depending on the series, the user's power may or may not backfire or drive them insane. Nigh-Omnipotence has various types: Some users are created outright with it and can innately learn their powers like breathing. Some users are bestowed and require extra training to know fully about it. Some users may be sealed/fused with it and need to realize what their power is, and some users gain this by supernatural means and can master this with ease.

Morality of Nigh-Omnipotence is free than most, if not all, insane abilities. Also, Nigh-Omnipotence is not well-demonstrated in fictional stories, movies, or TV series. This way, Nigh-Omnipotent beings can be good, evil, neutral, hero, villain, anti-hero, anti-villain, criminal, trickster, mad scientist, black magician, chaotic, tyrant, madman, psychopath, or anything else imaginable. Any morality is possible as long as the ability is Nigh-Omnipotence.

Nigh-Omnipotence and Omnipotence are almost similar in every way. Between the two, one is a state of all-power and the other a state of near-limitless power.

It ranges from the lowest level to the highest level: some users can do anything but are limited to certain spatial/temporal/dimensional areas; other users are absolutely invincible, immortal, invulnerable and have no weaknesses but they can't do something in a particular way, have limited powers or can't affect something. No matter how powerful the user is, they will always be limited to certain things.

While the user isn't truly omnipotent, they still possess many high-end abilities including but not limited to: Absolute Force Manipulation, Absolute Psionics, Absolute Will, Nigh-Complete Arsenal, Psionic Godhood, Physical Godhood, Nigh-Absolute Immortality, Nigh-Omnipresence, Nigh-Omniscience, Omniverse Manipulation and Reality Warping. The user can achieve unimaginable effects and can possess almost unlimited power.

In short, the user is almost all-powerful and nearly invincible.

Types

• Type 1: The users wield nigh-omnipotence via objects/weapons/items that holds nearly unlimited power. These users are almost invincible with their only limitation being that of the object they hold (and usually their arrogance).
• Type 2: The users who become nearly all-powerful and virtually invincible by transcending themselves into a higher state of power becoming the most powerful being in existence capable of doing almost anything but can be limited to a higher being (Commonly a Supreme Being) as they can be defeated by that being.
• Type 3: The users are bestowed with nigh-omnipotence via certain almighty forces or by other means that possess limitless powers. These users possess decent control over reality, space-time, existence and anything else. They are only limited by that force and a higher being that can negate the force, thus rendering them powerless. They may have only one or two weakness based on their particular nature.
• Type 4: The users are the most powerful reality warpers who are nigh-omnipotent from the very beginning of their powers. They can affect reality on an essentially limitless level and control anything, allowing them to achieve almost anything yet limited by their natural weaknesses.
• Type 5: The users who are created with or have been given nigh-omnipotence by a Supreme Being, Metapotent Beings or Ultipotent Beings. They can do anything easily and can warp existence beyond their own realm. They are not bound to any rules or laws, allowing them to overcome all of their limitations and weaknesses. They are only limited by their creator(s) and certain almighty laws. Only their creators can defeat them and limit/effect/manipulate/negate their powers. Despite this, they are the most powerful beings in their own realms. They are truly the most powerful nigh-omnipotent beings across all of existence and beyond. This level of nigh-omnipotence could be considered almost near an Ultipotent level of power due to the amount of power and control over that power.

Opening 001 would likely result in that universe's destruction, It is believed that our own universe is contained within a similar device and its likely that opening it will cause the entire universe to be reset. Its existence alone caused the creation of the spiral, which destroyed powerful entities such as Mekhane and reset all of reality.

SCP-001 - S Andrew Swann's Proposal - The Database (SCP Foundation) exists on the Alpha Layer, a layer of reality above the Foundation's reality. The Royal assassin of Alagadda/SCP-096 - The "Shy Guy" (SCP Foundation) was the result of The Hanged king resurrecting the skull of SCP-096 who had been killed by the use of SCP-173 to break its indestructible bones and hydrochloric acid destroying it from the inside, out. now it is an invincible masked merchant that scales beyond all of the infinite multiverses with countless universes and can destroy them all, this time he can track anyone down on omniversal scales and completely obliterate them from existence.

The Koitern/SCP-173 - The Sculpture (SCP Foundation) Singlehandedly waged genocide on 1/3 of the Leviathans which were stated to be even stronger than SCP-682's true form and destroyed the old infinite multiverse. Its gaze is capable of nullifying the Flood's (SCP-076) effects on The Koitern, plus it cannot be harmed when an entity views it.

Conquest/SCP-231-7 - Special Personnel Requirements (SCP Foundation) is Conquest, the White Horseman, and SCP-343 releases her to aid him in ending the world. However, she refuses, angry that he did not protect her. She can wield both the 4th and 7th spears that are capable of wounding the Scarlet King.

Sigurrós Stefánsdóttir/SCP-239 - The Witch Child (SCP Foundation) matched the Neverwere in a battle of reality warping and resisted, countered, and reversed several of its attacks, such as when she brought the world back into existence after the Neverwere erased it, though this was due more to her proficiency with her powers rather than overpowering the Neverwere. She was also able to partially match SCP-343 and cause him to bleed from exertion even while in a drug-induced stupor. and most of all, she has complete knowledge of everything there is to know, everything it is impossible to know, and everything that has never and will never exist to be known.

Atanti-ql-Paneu/SCP-682 - Hard-to-Destroy Reptile (SCP Foundation) is just a 3-D projection of its true self, which exists on a higher-dimensional plane and is part of an army of Leviathans that are capable of causing severe damage to the roots of the Tree of Knowledge from which all of creation stems, and taking down Mekhane.

War/SCP-993 - Bobble The Clown (SCP Foundation) is the embodiment of war, one of SCP-343's Horsemen of the Apocalypse. As such, he should be comparable to SCP-053 as the Horseman of Death, who SCP-682's Leviathan form merely acts as her steed.

Tathagata/SCP-2634 - A Higher Power (SCP Foundation) is a sentient, likely telepathic entity that natively exists in six-dimensional space. It is able to interact with people in three-dimensional space by communicating through their thoughts and bringing them with it to higher spatial dimensional levels of reality. It is also able to conjure 6-D objects and bring them to 3-D space by allowing the 3-D people it has brought with it to carry the objects back to 3-D space.

The Sevenfold Destroyer/SCP-2747 - As below, so above (SCP Foundation) is able to rewrite the entire plot along with rewriting the laws of causality to make it so that the narrative within it never existed in the first place, hence why its referred to as an anti-narrative. However, the narrative which it resides in can be rewritten to remove it, this can be done by ordinary humans that are part of higher narratives.

SCP-2845 - THE DEER (SCP Foundation) is a deer like entity where if it escaped containment, it has the possibility of causing an XK-Class End of the World scenario, it assisted in the attack against The Scarlet King as Saturn Deer's steed and is comparable to the Gate Guardian in terms of power.

SCP-3125 - The Escapee (SCP Foundation) is a hostile abstract concept that resides within SCP-5800, a place where living sentient concepts consume lesser concepts to increase their own fractal topology. it is a a higher dimensional entity partially intersecting with the Omniverse, which can instantly identify and memetically attack anything that identifies it.

SCP-3396 - The Empyrean Parasite (SCP Foundation) is an extradimensional entity that predates the creation of life who frightened the likes of Robert Bumaro, with him comparing its energy to Yaldabaoth and Mekhane.

SCP-3999 - I Am At The Center of Everything That Happens To Me (SCP Foundation) is a sinister reality warping entity fixated on tormenting Foundation researcher James Talloran, going as far as to destroy and rewrite the entire universe so that its incoherent containment procedures would agonize him. After millions of years of being forced to suffer however, Talloran figures out the being's nature and kills himself, simultaneously destroying 3999 and undoing all of the madness it had unleashed on reality.

Madeleine Sailer/SCP-4010 - Attempt to look at what we accomplished (SCP Foundation) is the process of writing a timeline for the history of the SCP Foundation. Writing down the timeline of the SCP Foundation rewrites all of reality to become mundane, changing the entire timeline and removing every single anomaly. As the article for SCP-4010 mentions the infinite timelines the Black Queen has access to, it is likely that the infinite timelines were also erased or fused into the main one in the process. This specifically includes Swann's Proposal, and Madeleine eventually went on to replace it, taking its role as the "bunch of horror writers" that originated the Foundation as a whole. However, SCP-4010 requires a lot of time to start up.

SCP-4755 - Mouth Moods (SCP Foundation) has made large-scale alterations to the local timeline and adjacent universes and is stated to have contained all of reality in the future. Irantu, one of the MTFs of the future Foundation (A complete manifestation of SCP-4755), viewed the current SCP Universe as “objectively small, in all times and in all places”, and also “beneath him”, all while his ascension back to SCP-4755 was incomplete, suggesting that he, and thus SCP-4755 as a whole, is of higher-dimensional nature. SCP-4755 can affect entities that exist above standard conceptualization and it embodies all possible concepts that allow for containment.

Seth El Asem/SCP-4840-A - The Demon Lancelot and the Flying City of Audapaupadopolis (SCP Foundation) is able to wield the 3rd spear with no adverse effects. He fought The Scarlet King alongside the likes of Isabel, Grace, and A'habbat. Albeit he was ultimately outmatched by the former.

SCP-5514 - The Dragon Slayer (SCP Foundation) Was welded with the concepts of the planet Earth, human resilience and adamant, and said concepts would have to be harmed in order to damage the mech. the Rounded Recoilling Plasma that is part of its wide arsonal has electromagnets that allow it to return to 5514 when thrown, The more people believe in the myth of "The Dragonslayer" the stronger SCP-5514 becomes, and it fought against entities that could harm The Serpent.
