Capabilities

The user knows almost everything but certain details, or is limited in some other way, such as being able to see one timeline or universe or have just small patches of information that are missing or blocked out. More simply, they may be in possession of such a vast reserve of knowledge that they can be regarded as "practically omniscient."

Xiaomei (Edens Zero) knows everything, past, present, and future, except the exact outcome of any battle that has yet to occur.

SCP-682 - Hard To Destroy Reptile's (SCP Foundation) intelligence far exceeds that of any being that exists on this dimensional plane, it knows nearly everything about universes, and even its knowledge of universes is nigh-omnipotent.

Slender Man (Creepypasta) is said to have complete knowledge of the past, present and future, making him possess cosmic knowledge. Although these are only based on insinuations, it is not strange for a being that is even older than time to have a vast understanding of knowledge.

The Supreme Judge (Creepypasta) has absolute knowledge within the multiverse, including infinite knowledge of infinite ages and infinite multiverses. The future is beyond his knowledge, but he can almost predict the future.
