The character has transcended vastly into an Omega being; an ultimate entity that characters can become by obtaining a new physiology that is completely unique to them with incredible and new found abilities becoming a far more immensely powerful beyond all the members of their kind or even many to all the entities of their respective universe, gaining fully evolved traits that comes from an enigmatic force/source of superior or primordial nature that they are connected to and can harness to their will.

Characters can continue to advance themselves with newfound powers by an indefinite level making themselves even far more powerful than ever before. Users can possess abilities and traits of cosmic to transcendent scale that can make users godlike entities of unimaginable power and legendary status, making users a greatly feared being in their known world.

An Omega being can come from any variant nature depending on the superior source/force in which they draw their powers which can be science, psychic, magic, spiritual, cosmic, divine, etc. Users' physical status can represent something completely unique in nature granting users new qualities, appearance, physiology, etc., that either resembles their original species they were born from and become an entirely new kind of entity unique to all in their universe.
