The Wyld (World of Darkness) exists in and as all states/states of being at once due to its nature as the incarnation of potential. As such it ultimately unpredictable to anyone other than the other members of the Triat.

The power to exist in/as all states/states of being simultaneously. Form/Expression of Omnipotence. Ultimate version of Status Manipulation and Transition Manipulation. Not to be confused with Omni Mode.

Capabilities

The user has, is, enters or exists in all states/states of being at one time, as such they can be simultaneously doing all possible and impossible things/actions together despite the various contradictions such a situation would imply. All states can include standing/moving, living/dead, immortal/amortal, existant/nonexistant, being/non-being, real/unreal, created/destroyed, self-created/eternal, certain/uncertain, whole/separate, assembled/disassembled, deceased/resurrected, damaged/healed, flawed/flawless, alive/dead, transcendent/immanent, known/unknown, static/mutable, and all other possible and impossible states regardless of their nature.

Since the user exists in this paradoxical form, they may be Distinct from the rest of creation/existence even if they can still interact with it despite their nature.

As the very embodiment of impossible and paradox, Oramus (Exalted) exists in every state of being simultaneously. With the only distinction being what he decides it to be. This unique nature also makes him the only being to be both non-created/eternal and self-created at once.

In their natural state, Hunger Birds (The Ocean At the End of The Lane) exist in all possible/impossible states as they are not bound by the conventions of the rest of creation, due to being from a place/non-place were even basic ideas/principles such as distance, numbers, time, and space are considered meaningless to them.

The Great Will (Shin Megami Tensei) has always been in all states, as it is the one who decides what state's of being all other beings are in. And since everyone and everything else are nothing more than mere extensions of its vast, infinite existence it has always had those differing and distinct statuses.

Unlike Dandy who transitions from one state to another, The Narrator (Space Dandy) is simultaneously present in every single state of being at once, which also makes him both transcendent/separated from existence and fully present in it. This also leaves him as a entirely formless being who...

...can only appear as a representation of an empty chair or as an alien lifeform with no true form but only of those it decides to mimic.

The Monads (Xeelee Sequence) are both part of and separate from the Quantum Foam, making them exist in every possible and impossible state that there is or that there isn't. Due to this basic fact of their existence, they are utterly beyond the meaningless exploits and situations of the rest of the multiverse.
