The power to use omni-power to slice objects. Sub-power of Omni Attacks. Ultimate form of Cutting Wave. Not to be confused with Absolute Slicing.

Capabilities

The user can project omni-power (everything, all powers, etc.) in a way that allows them to cut through matter from a distance. Although this attack does usually slashing damage, some users are able to focus it into a single piercing stab like an immaterial bullet.

• The amount of slicing may be dependent on the strength of the cutting power.
