Capabilities

The user can create anything (whether organic or inorganic) they want via their dreams: if they dreams of a massive amount of cash, when they awake, cash will be around them. Any organism and object in the dream will appear in the real world.

Limitations

User may not have control over what they dream about.
Any nightmare the user has will also come to life/existence.
Can't create anything you haven't dreamed.
