Capabilities[]

User can create or cause objects or energy to orbit/surround them that they can use as a shield or to attack. In most cases, these fields, which are often spherical in shape and range, can be made to selectively target specific subjects, including entities, objects, powers, concepts, etc., or be made to target everything inside them and affect entire areas indiscriminately.
