The user can augment the pain in others, increasing the targets agony and suffering the target tends to receive from certain afflictions. (I.e. making a bug bite feel like a bullet wound at least or causing a needle prick to feel like limbs shattering at most), the amping of one's suffering can reach such extremes that the shock from even simple attacks can feel like the pain of death.
