The power to remember and recall absolutely everything one thinks, feels, encounters, and experiences. Sub-power of Absolute Mind and Infinite Experience. Advanced version of Enhanced Memory and Hyper Experience. Not to be confused with Meta Memory.

Capabilities

The user can remember and recall everything that they have ever experienced, encountered or learned in their lifetime. The user needs only to read, hear, see, experience something once and they will never forget it. In addition, they can be able to instantly recall any information stored with perfect clarity and no effort and without strain. Their mind has an unlimited storage capacity, they continue to learn for the rest of their lives and their brain will simply contain it all without trouble, allowing memory of every event, experience or bit of knowledge from birth to the present. Their mind is also entirely immune to Memory Manipulation/Meta Memory Manipulation.

Many users who are said to only possess Enhanced Memory may not actually possess Panmnesia, and many who are said to possess Panmnesia inherently possess Enhanced Memory (the two are often confused).
